Accepted Methods of Payment - We accept Visa, and MasterCard and Discover. We also accept personal checks allowing for a 10 day hold for the check to clear.

Maryland State Taxes - Lady Baltimore Golf must collect 6% sales tax for products shipped to the state of Maryland.

Return Merchandise Policy - We hope you will be delighted with your purchase.  However, you may return new, un-used items sold and fulfilled by Lady Baltimore Golf within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Items should be returned in their original packaging.  The cost of shipping will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error.

One exception to above policy is that personalized, monogrammed items are not returnable.

Order Cancellation - To cancel your order: Contact Us at ladybaltimoregolf@comcast.net and include your order number, name, billing address and items ordered.  We will acknowledge your e-mail and let you know if we were successful in canceling your order prior to shipment.  AN ORDER IS NOT CANCELLED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN E-MAIL CONFIRMING SUCCESSFUL CANCELLATION.  We will make every effort to honor your request.  However, if your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Merchandise Policy.

Limits of Liability - You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.  We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.   We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors.  We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.  Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier.
